Day 30 - 8/11/20 - Let it be a bowl of light

Another instrumental. Inspired by the way I was feeling tonight and a visual that was offered in my yoga class today taught by my dear friend Blair Borax (www.blairborax.com). The quick movement of the high-pitched clarinet and the low-pitched cellos mimics the visual of light dancing its way through your body. It starts in your hands, and it heals you and brings you energy and mobility as it moves through you. Though, I was tired as all hell today, hence the minor key.

Honestly though, I had more fun with the artwork tonight than the actual song. Like all the other artwork that I’ve created for each song, it’s pulled from my personal photo library of roughly 12,000 photos over the past 15 or so years. This one obviously had the most photoshopping work done to it, we’ll see what happens in the coming weeks.
